Classic Boucle Weave

Classic Boucle Weave

A classic boucle weave is one in which the weave is created using rough, curly loops and knotted thread. The rug will have a looped, nubby, knotted surface and add a great textural element to your decor.

Classic Boucle Basket Weave

Classic Boucle Basket Weave

The classic boucle basket weave is achieved using a boucle weave in which the fibers are woven together in an interlacing pattern in order for the fabric to resemble a basket. Rugs with the boucle basket weave will appear flatter and not as nubby as those with the classic boucle weave, creating perfect subtle texture.

Classic Herringbone Weave

Classic Herringbone Weave

The classic herringbone weave is achieved by using the boucle weave and reversing the construction of the stitch at regular intervals to produce a zig zag pattern upon the surface of the rug. A rug with a herringbone weave will appear flatter than a rug with a classic boucle weave, creating perfect, subtle texture.
