Welcome to Natural Rug Co! 

The mission of my business is to curate a beautiful selection of high-quality, handcrafted natural fiber area rugs made from renewable materials twhich that you can have peace of mind and pride owning. And, I work with U.S.-based distributors who ship quickly directly to you. 

I'm also proud to partner with companies that are focused on harvesting renewable and sustainable materials and  using recyclable materials whenever possible. 

In August 2024, my husband and I purchased Natural Rug Co. from its previous owner. At the time, the site featured natural bamboo, jute, wool, and cotton area rugs, all created by artisans in the Anji Mountain Region of China, as well as other products produced there, like rugged chair mats, poufs and ottomans, and boot trays. 

I decided to make the site exclusively about handmade natural rugs that homeowners and interior designers alike would love, and discontinued many non-rug products. I then sourced and added many new handmade natural area rugs from artisans in India and Turkey. 

Now, I offer only high-quality, natural rugs that will bring life and vitality to your home or your client's space.
