Shipping Policy

At Natural Rug Co., we aim to make shipping transparent. 

Flat Shipping Rates

Our orders are shipped directly to you from our suppliers.

To keep things simple and affordable, most items ship for a flat fee of $25. Select larger premium rugs ship for a flat fee of $50 due to their size and weight.

All premium reversible rug pads ship for free.

Our flat shipping rates are typically lower than actual carrier charges, helping you save on delivery.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only.

The billing and shipping  addresses for an order may be different, but once an order is placed, the shipping  address may not be changed. 

Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped by suppliers within two business days and are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most rugs arrive within 5-10 business days.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available so you can monitor your order's journey.
