Free Shipping 

Our orders are shipped directly to you from our U.S.-based suppliers at no charge to you.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only.

The billing and shipping  addresses for an order may be different, but once an order is placed, the shipping  address may not be changed. 

Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped by suppliers within two business days of order placement and are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most rugs arrive within 5-10 business days.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available so you can monitor your order's journey.
