Natural Rug Co. orders are processed and shipped directly by our U.S.-based suppliers, typically within 2 business days of order placement.

Our orders are shipped directly to you from our suppliers at no charge to you.

Shipping Methods

Natural Rug Co. excepts orders that will ship to continental U.S. addresses. A customer may not change a ship to address once a purchase has been made. 

Order Tracking

Customers receive tracking information once an order is shipped so they can monitor delivery status.
